We are a dynamic video production agency based in Clifton, Bristol, specialising in creating compelling visual content for brands and charitable organisations. Our mission is to tell powerful stories that drive engagement, build brands, and make a positive impact. We are looking for a creative, social-first savvy Editor to join our team on a 3-month contract (potentially to perm), starting immediately.
About the role
You’re a sharp, culturally-aware editor who lives and breathes social. You know what’s trending, what’s flopping, and what makes people stop scrolling. You’re someone who’s as confident cutting a high-impact 60-second TikTok as they are crafting a longer-form case study or branded documentary.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of editing but also understands the strategy behind great branded content.
Key responsibilities:
Edit
Cut both long-form and platform-ready short-form content
Adapt hero films into multiple assets for different channels and audience
Cut to trend with sharp pacing, sound-syncing, captions, hooks and punchy CTAs
Work to creative briefs and contribute ideas for content formats
Shoot when needed
Support shoots as a one-person crew for lo-fi interviews or social-first content
Confident operating camera/audio kit on small-scale productions
We’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience editing video content professionally.
Strong showreel with examples of both short-form and long-form edits.
Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop or AI tools a bonus).
Great sense of rhythm, timing, pacing and narrative.
Experience creating multi-format assets from a single shoot (hero and cutdown/teaser).
Confident in shooting solo when needed.
Strong visual storytelling instincts with a strategic mindset – able to balance creativity with business objectives.
