The Team
Jo Haywood
From biology to the BBC, Jo blends business strategy with a creator’s soul. From producing science documentaries at BBC and C4 to founding Skylark in 2005, Jo’s mission has always been to use video to drive change. Her proudest moment: the BugLife film that raised £500k for planting wildlife corridors.
Nina Postans
Hiker, run leader and mother of two, Nina spent her early career in marketing across London and New York, where she launched a media agency’s subsidiary and built its North American market presence from the ground up. She is a vocal advocate for inclusive leadership and youth sport.
Jon Goossen
Jon started out in film-making in LA before moving client-side where he loves the challenge of a good brief. He’s now finding solutions for Skylark’s clients across sustainability, built infrastructure and science-led sectors. Jon can often be found on a coastal path, gardening, or road-testing a new pizza dough.
Josh John
Josh shapes Skylark’s signature look, bringing a sports and documentary background to his creative direction. An avid outdoorsman, any bike spotted in our videos was probably his idea.

With over ten years across producing, cinematography and editing, our award-winning Senior Producer has delivered everything from celebrity TVCs to social campaigns. When he’s not crafting stories, he’s hanging out with friends and family, being a dad, or (if he has time) tackling the latest video game.
